LIMITED WARRANTY
Good Directions, Inc. warrants this product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of original purchase. If the product exhibits such a defect, Good Directions, Inc. will, at its option, free of charge, repair or replace it, provided the Purchaser:
1. Return the product, post paid and insured, to Good Directions, Inc., 20 Commerce Drive, Danbury, CT 06810
2. Submit proof of the date of the original purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from acts of God, reasonable wear and tear, installation, accident, misuse, tampering, unreasonable use, servicing performed or attempted by unauthorized service agencies or products that have been modified or altered.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO 5 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. IN NO EVENT WILL GOOD DIRECTIONS, INC. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF THIS PRODUCT.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
