new mount and buck weather vane

My new Buck weather vane was a Christmas present, it was delivered as promised and packaged beautifully. When my husband attempted to put it up, changing out our old weathervane, which was a resin type model that was denigrating over the last 17 years, he learned that the mounts were different. We ordered the new mount from Good Directions and had a nice conversation with the person who answered our call. Once the new mount was received, it was installed and we have a beautiful new weathervane that our neighbors have been admiring! I would certainly return to Good Directions for all my needs and strongly recommend to shop with this family owned company to dress your roof or cupola up!! Thank you.

Absolutely stunning cottage heron. Customer service is just as perfect. I was contacted about how the weathervane would be mounted. Good Directions happily offered to update the order so we received all the correct parts.
